Holtsville industrial property trades for $9.5M
An industrial estate in Holtsville was sold for $9.5 million.

Rosemont, Illinois-based Venture One Real Estate has purchased the 50,000-square-foot 4.48-acre building at 889 Waverly Ave.

The property is leased to Fulfillment Plus, a provider of freight forwarding, warehousing and fulfillment services to a variety of industries.

This is Venture One's third Long Island acquisition in the past six months. The developer acquired an 85,000-square-foot, 9.7-acre industrial building at 2,950 Veterans Memorial Highway in Bohemia in November 2021 and a 90,000-square-foot, 7.4-acre office building at 49 Wireless Blvd. at Hauppauge in March.

Venture One is investing $96 million to redevelop its Bohemia and Hauppauge properties into new warehouses and distribution facilities. The company does not plan to redevelop the Holtsville property.

The buyer represented Brandon Lichtenstein, Tommy Rosati and Jason Maita of Colliers International, as well as the seller, Ninabel Realty LLC, in the sale.
